THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA


Linnafauna Zoovetkeskus OÜ (registry code: 11689625) located in Sillamäe, Mere pst 4-20, phone no. +372 56934081, e-mail: aleksandra.blagodatskaja1@gmail.com, is the controller of personal data of the online shop AllForHorses and transmits the personal data necessary for making payments to the processor, Maksekeskus AS.

What personal data is being processed?

– name, phone number, and e-mail address;

– delivery address;

– bank account number;

– cost of products and services and payment related data (purchase history);

– customer support data.

For what purpose is personal data processed?

Personal data is used to manage client orders and deliver goods.

Purchase History Data (date of purchase, products, quantity, client details) is used to compile an overview of purchased products and services and to analyse client preferences.

The bank account number is used to return payments to the client.

Personal data such as email, phone number, name of the client will be processed to resolve issues related to providing the products and services (customer support).

IP address of the user of the online store or other network identifiers are processed to provide online store services and to generate web usage statistics.

Legal basis

Personal data are processed for the purpose of performing an agreement with the client.

Personal data are processed to fulfil legal obligations (e.g. accounting and settlement of consumer complaints).

Recipients to whom personal data are transmitted

Personal data are transmitted to the online store’s customer support to manage purchases and purchase history and resolve customer problems.

The name, phone number and e-mail address will be transmitted to the transport service provider chosen by the customer. In the case the goods will be delivered by courier, the address of the client is also transmitted.

If the online store accounts are provided by the service provider, the personal data is transferred to the service provider for accounting purposes.

Personal data may be transferred to information technology service providers if this is necessary to ensure the functionality or hosting of the online store.

Security and access to data

Personal data shall be stored on servers located in the territory of a Member State of the European Union or the countries in the territory of the European Economic Area. Data may be transferred to countries whose data protection level has been assessed by the European Commission as sufficient, and to US companies that are members of the Privacy Shield framework.

Access to personal data is available to those employees of the online store who resolve technical issues related to using the store and provide customer support services.

The online store implements appropriate physical, organizational, and IT security measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access and disclosure.

The transfer of personal data to authorized processors of the online store (e.g. transport service and data hosting providers) takes place based on agreements concluded with the online store and the authorized processors. Authorized processors are required to ensure appropriate protective measures for the processing of personal data.

Getting to know and correcting your personal data

Personal data can be accessed and corrected in the online shop user profile. If the purchase is made without a user account, the personal data can be accessed via customer support.

Withdrawal of consent

If the processing of personal data is carried out with the consent of the client, the customer has the right to withdraw the consent by informing the customer support about it by e-mail.

Storage of data

Personal data will be deleted when the client account of the online store is deleted, unless such data need to be stored for accounting or settlement of consumer complaints.

If the purchase in the online store is made without a customer account, the purchase history is stored for three years.

In the case of disputes relating to payments and consumer complaints, personal data shall be stored until the claim is fulfilled or until the expiry of the limitation period.

Personal data necessary for accounting purposes shall be kept for seven years.

Deletion of data

To delete personal data, customer support must be contacted by e-mail.

The request for deleting personal data shall be answered not later than one month and the period of deleting the data shall be specified.

Transfer of data

An application for the transferring of personal data by e-mail shall be replied to within one month at the latest.

Customer support identifies the applicant and informs about the personal data that are subject to the transfer.

Direct marketing announcements

The e-mail address and phone number will be used to send direct marketing announcements if the client has given his/her consent. If the client does not want to receive direct marketing announcements, the appropriate link in the e-mail footer should be clicked or contacted to the customer support.

Dispute resolution

Disputes related to the processing of personal data are resolved through customer support (CONTACTS). The Supervisory Authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (info@aki.ee).
