BASIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These conditions apply to all legal relationships between the customers and the seller, online store AllForHorses, company Linnafauna Zoovetkeskus OÜ.

In addition to these conditions, legal relations arising from the purchase of products through the AllForHorses online store are regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

The company Linnafauna Zoovetkeskus OÜ has the right to amend and supplement these terms and conditions, price lists and terms of special offers in order to improve the development and reliability of the online store. Amendments to the terms and conditions and price list will enter into force from the moment of publication on the website: http://www.allforhoses.ee.

If the order is placed before the new terms and conditions enter into force, the terms and conditions applicable at the time the order was placed will apply, except where otherwise provided by law or the terms thereof.

SELECTING THE PRODUCT

Use the category menu on the left and the sorting menu (brand, type, age, size, etc.) on the right to select items quickly and accurately. You can also select a product by its brand by clicking on the logo.

By clicking on the image of the item, you can access the page with detailed description where you can see the enlarged images, choose the packaging or related items.

PRICE OF THE PRODUCT

Prices in the online store AllForHorses are valid at the time of payment.

All prices include VAT (20%).

Delivery charge according to the delivery method selected when ordering may be added to the prices.

CAMPAIGNS AND SPECIAL OFFERS

There are periodic discounts at online store AllForHorses.

Special campaign:

In order to collect bonus money and use it later it is necessary to register on the website as a user.

ADDING TO CART

After selecting the item, click on Add to cart button. The selected items will automatically move to your cart, while you can continue selecting the next product.

You can always edit, add, or remove items in your shopping cart from the My shopping cart section.

ORDERING

The ordering process can be started by clicking on the My shopping cart button or using the Complete the purchase link at the top of the website.

When you place an order using the My Cart button, you will know the shipping cost after selecting the country, region, and postcode. After entering all the details, click on the button Use bonus money and it will automatically be added to the price of the selected item.

After clicking the Complete the purchase button, you will be directed to the purchase completion page.

FILLING IN THE DELIVERY FORM

You can purchase the products both as a visitor and as a registered user.

The registration process of the registered user is faster because the required fields are filled in automatically with the data submitted at registration.

Please be careful when entering the address data.

Now please choose the appropriate delivery method: SmartPost, Omniva or self-pickup (only by agreement). If the products cannot be delivered in the way you would like to, please choose another delivery method or contact us.

PAYMENT FOR THE ORDER

AllForHorses is the controller of personal data and transmits the data necessary for making the payments to the processor, Maksekeskus AS.

Customer has the right to choose between the following payment options.

  1. Payment by bank link (IBAN, Swedbank) or bank transfer. You can pay via the bank link of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland and with credit card.
  2. Bank transfer to company account using the data provided in the section About us. If you choose this payment option, please confirm the transfer and send a copy of the payment order to our e-mail: tellimus@zoo24.ee.
  3. Payments shall be accepted in euros.

The product shall be deemed to have been purchased and the sale/purchase agreement shall be entered as of the moment when the specified amount is received in the account of Linnafauna Zoovetkeskus OÜ. After filling in the bank’s form, please press the button Return to sales.

After paying the invoice, you will receive the original invoice to the e-mail address provided when the order was placed.

Registered users can receive the invoice and print it out in the online store archive. For this, you need to go to My account link at the top of the site.

DELIVERY METHOD AND FEE

Purchased products will be delivered to the address provided in the order form the way you chose.

AllForHorses online store offers several delivery options.

SmartPost parcel terminal – less than € 3.16

Parcel terminals. They are currently in more than 62 locations and can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To receive the parcel, you need to enter the code sent by SMS from SmartPost on the display of the terminal.

Delivery time to Saaremaa is one day longer than on the mainland. Delivery to Hiiumaa takes place once every 3 days.

The parcel is stored in the terminal for up to 7 days.

Receiving a parcel

  1. Omniva parcel machine – less than € 3.16.
    Parcel machines. More than 100 Omniva parcel machines are in 45 cities and boroughs all over Estonia. Omniva parcel machines are always accessible and located in convenient locations.
  2. SmartPost parcel terminal (Finland) – less than € 20

Delivery to any address directly to your doorstep. This delivery method is used for heavy and large-scale goods.

  1. Omniva parcel machine (Latvia) – less than € 7.76. Omniva parcel machines are always accessible and located in convenient locations.
  1. Omniva parcel machine (Lithuania) – less than € 8.36. Omniva parcel machines are fast and convenient and can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

After delivery of the product to the courier or courier service, you will be contacted to specify the delivery of the product or notified of the arrival of the product to the parcel terminal by SMS.

You can also pick up the product yourself but only by agreement (by phone: +37256934081 or via our e-mail). Location of the storehouse: Narva, Tiimanni 13.

When receiving the product from Omniva or SmartPost parcel terminals, we recommend to check the package and, in the case of external damage, describe it on the courier’s delivery note or report about the damage immediately by e-mail or by phone: +37256934081.

DELIVERY DEADLINE

Goods in stock are delivered to Estonia and Finland within 1-5 days.

Maximum delivery time is 7 days.

In case your ordered products are not in stock and must be ordered from the supplier, which makes delivery impossible by the given deadline, and in other cases when timely delivery is not possible for reasons beyond the control of the company Linnafauna Zoovetkeskus OÜ, we will notify you of the delay via the contact phone or e-mail address provided in the order form within 2 days from the date of entry into force of the sale/purchase agreement, and about the new delivery time.

When ordering several products, the delivery time depends on the product with the longest delivery time.

If you are no longer interested in the product due to the delay in delivery, you have the right to cancel the order and the amount you paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded to you.

The Seller shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the products if it was caused by inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer upon completion of the order.

RETURNING THE PRODUCT

The customer shall have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after the order has been delivered to the customer, informing the seller in writing with the reason for returning the products.

When withdrawing from a transaction, the customer must return the purchased product to the seller within 14 days of informing the seller of his or her wish to withdraw from the transaction. All costs related to returning the product are paid by the customer, including the initial transportation cost. The customer does not have to pay transportation costs when returning defective goods.

After the product has been returned, the seller undertakes to return the money paid for the product to the customer, including the costs paid by the customer for the delivery of the product from the store, to the same bank account from which the payment for the product was made within 14 days.

In order to realize the right to return the product and withdraw from the transaction, the customer must carefully open the package of the product and return the product with the original packaging. The principle of reasonableness applies to the return of goods taken out of the package.

Returned product must not be used and must be in undamaged packaging.

The goods purchased are not refundable if they were made under the customer’s terms, on order or for the personal needs of the customer.

CONDITIONS FOR SUBMITTING COMPLAINTS

Linnafauna Zoovetkeskus OÜ is responsible for defects that occurred within 2 months of the purchase of the product, but not later than 2 days after the defect was discovered.

During the term of complaints submission, the buyer is entitled to free repairs at the expense of the store. If repairing the product is impossible, the product will be replaced with a decision by the authorized person of the workshop.

Upon return of the defective product, the amount paid by you, including the transportation costs will be returned to the provided bank account no later than 14 days after the return of the defective product.

The right to submit complaints is valid only if the goods were used purposefully and carefully.

If the breakage occurred due to the manufacturer’s fault, all manufacturing and material defects are repaired, and the cost of work and spare parts will be paid by the manufacturer. Damage caused by external conditions (such as lightning, current fluctuations, insufficient ventilation, discharged batteries, fire, flooding, natural wear and tear), misuse of product and defects in consumables are not eligible for reimbursement.

The right to submit complaints applies only when submitting the original document.

Claims are not about instructing, regulating, maintaining, cleaning, restoring a commercial appearance, or eliminating defects caused by non-compliance with the instruction manual.

If the subject of the claim is replaced by another, the new term for submitting complaints for the same period shall apply to the product. When replacing one component, the new deadline for submitting complaints applies to the replaced component.

Linnafauna Zoovetkeskus OÜ does not accept complaints in the following cases:

  1. When the goods are submitted to the shop for repair, the necessary purchase document is not submitted, or the data has been tampered with;
  2. The serial number or model number has been changed, removed, moved or made illegible;
  3. Unauthorized modifications to the design of the product or to the factory settings have been made;
  4. The product was broken due to misuse, non-compliance with the instructions, negligent handling/maintenance or overload by the owner;
  5. The normal physical wear and tear of the goods due to normal use.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES AND FORCE MAJEURE

Linnafauna Zoovetkeskus OÜ is responsible to you, but you are also responsible to Linnafauna Zoovetkeskus OÜ for any damage caused to the other party in case of violation of the conditions and to the extent provided by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Linnafauna Zoovetkeskus OÜ is not responsible for any damage caused to you or for delivery delay if the damage or delay is due to circumstances that could not be influenced by Linnafauna Zoovetkeskus OÜ and which could not be foreseen or predicted by Linnafauna Zoovetkeskus OÜ (force majeure).

PRIVACY POLICY

When registering as a user in the store and making purchases, the seller keeps the personal data submitted by the customer (Google Analytics data, first name, last name, address and e-mail address, contact phone) as well as the data about all purchases made.

All data received from the customer during ordering is considered by the seller as personal data of the customer and processed as confidential information according to the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Estonia to better plan purchases and analyse consumer habits.

The seller shall not disclose the received data to third parties, except those necessary for the delivery of the product. The customer has the right to view the information in the possession of the seller and to prohibit further processing.

The use of an encrypted data transmission channel between the store and banks ensures that unauthorized persons and the seller do not have access to the client’s personal bank details.

Any differences between the customer and the seller will be resolved by negotiation.

The seller will respond to customer claims and complaints by e-mail within 15 working days. If disagreements cannot be resolved through compromise, the customer has the right to apply to the National Consumer Protection Board or the Tallinn City Court to defend his or her interests. All disputes arising out of failure to reach agreement or beyond the scope of these conditions shall be settled under the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
